How Do I Apply for Weatherization Services?

To apply for weatherization services, you must apply for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) in the county you live. If you are approved for Energy Assistance, then you are eligible for weatherization. Below is the contact information for the Dodge and Washington County Energy Assistance offices; or go to the Home Energy Plus website for more information.

HEAT EMERGENCY NOTICE:
The HE+ Emergency Furnace Program is available throughout the year for people who qualify for energy assistance. If you are without heat or feel that you have a health or safety issue regarding your furnace, please contact your local energy assistance office for help. After-hours, weekend and holiday contact information is also provided.
