The Hartford Recreation Center offers multiple rooms for the public to rent for meetings, showers, birthday parties and much more.

INDOOR SIGNICAST FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER

(available October to mid-May) 

POOL PARTY SPECIAL RENTAL

Use this rental for any occasion - birthday parties or just because! You will have use of a room in the Rec Center for food, cake, gifts and gathering plus the use of the indoor pool during open swim times on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons & Sunday afternoons. Beside the Pool Party fee, a $30 refundable security fee will be required at the time of the booking. Pool Party Special fees are based on TOTAL people attending your party, not just those participating in swimming. Call the office for further information and to hold your spot today!

POOL PARTY SPECIAL RENTAL

Hold your birthday or other special occasion at the pool during our regular open swim hours. Fee includes admission to the pool, food (hot dog, popcorn & small soda), and an area from 2 to 5 p.m. for your exclusive use for 3 hours! You are welcome to bring your own cake. No other food or beverage can be brought in. Parties must be scheduled through the Recreation Office a minimum of one week prior. Call the Recreation Department for more information and to hold your date!

  • Minimum group size 15, Maximum 40 
  • Monday-Thursday : Resident $8.00/person, Non-Resident $10.00/person 
  • Friday-Sunday : Resident $10.00/person, Non-Resident $12.00/person
  • $30 deposit and rental form is needed to secure your date and is applied to your final cost

PRIVATE POOL RENTAL

Great for company picnics or organization outing at our pool. Your private use can be held on a Saturday or Sunday evening, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Food packages are available for an additional fee. Must be scheduled through the Recreation Office a minimum of 2 weeks prior.
