Crew Worker - Community Development Authority

The Hartford Community Development Authority Weatherization Program has an immediate opening for a full time Crew Worker which involves inside and outside work. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of weatherization tasks including attic/sidewall insulation, basement and crawlspace insulation, as well as building diagnostics. This individual will also be responsible for some material handling and equipment maintenance.


Experience desired but not required, including: carpentry, basic building construction skills, weatherization techniques and have basic computer skills. On-the-job training will be provided. Must be minimum 18 years of age and have a valid Wis. drivers license. Competitive salary, M-Th., 10-hour work days. Fringe benefits include paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and retirement plans.
